What you need to transfer money to your account is the bank paybill number and your DTB account number, and then follows the procedure below;

Go to the M-Pesa menu on your mobile phone.
Select the paybill option
Enter the Damond Trust Bank paybill number, which is 516600, and press ‘OK’.
Enter the bank account number you wish to transfer funds to beginning with the three-digit code of your domicile branch. For example, to move to account number ‘1234566789’ held at the capital centre, insert the branch code ‘008’ first to make it ‘0081234566789’.
Enter the amount you wish to transfer and press ‘OK’.
Enter your M-Pesa pin and press ‘OK’.
Confirm the pay bill number, the account number to which you are transferring funds, and the amount you need to move then press OK.

You will get a confirmation indicating the funds’ transfer completion.

DBT Bank USSD code

You can also transfer money from your Diamond Trust Bank account to your M-Pesa using the DTB USSD code which is *382#. These are the steps to follow;

Dial *382# from your phone.
Select ‘move money’.
Select M-Pesa
Enter the M-Pesa recipient.
Enter the amount to transfer.
Select the account you wish to transfer money from the bank.
Confirm your transaction details.
Enter your mobile banking PIN.

You will receive a notification message of your successful transfer.
