- Talk to one of the agents and tell them you want to join Pesa Ulipo
- The agent will give you an application form to fill
- You will also be requested to submit a copy of your ID
- Once they register you, you will receive an SMS with your PIN
- Dial-up the USSD number *346# and input your PIN
- Change your PIN to one that you will easily remember
- A confirmation SMS will be sent once your PIN is changed

- Dial the USSD code *346# and input your PIN
- Select the loan application from the menu
- Select the type of loan you want to borrow
- Input the information required and submit your application
- If your loan is approved, you will receive the money via M-Pesa
