GOtv is a pay-TV where users pay monthly subscriptions to access a wide variety of channels. There are a number of payment options and M-Pesa is one of them.
To pay via M-Pesa, one needs the GOtv paybill number 423655 and the account number. The account number is the IUC number (serial number/customer number). It is found on the red sticker at the bottom of your decoder.
You can also find your IUC number on-screen by following this procedure.
- On your GOtv remote, press the menu button
- Scroll to Information central and press OK
- Your IUC number will be displayed on the top left corner of your screen
You can also contact GOtv Customer service in your region via text, call, email or their social media accounts. You will be required to give the necessary information about your account and your IUC number will be provided.
Once you have the two numbers (paybill number and account number), you can now proceed to pay.
