IFMIS Self registration requirements
- First and last names
- Scanned copies of National ID or Passport
- Tax Compliance certificate
- Certificate of incorporation or Business registration certificate
- Partnership deed (in partnerships)
- CR12 in Limited liability companies
How to register on IFMIS
- Go to official IFMIS Webpage
- Click on components on the Home page
- Select suppliers portal on the component category
- You will be redirected on the suppliers portal
- Click on the provided link this should direct you to self-registration
- Select the company form
- Fill in the empty fields with relevant and accurate details
- Cross-check the details you have filled before submitting the form
- You will receive an email from IFMIS indicating your username, password, and status of your application
- You now login to IFMIS and bid
How to reset IFMIS password
- Go to the supplier portal
- Click on the login assistance link
- A URL should appear https://supplier.treasury.go.ke
- Enter the username sent to you by IFMIS
- Click the forgot password button
- Go to your email to view the reset password
- Click on the rest link on your email
- Enter username and the new password
- Type and confirm the new password,
- Click on confirm password.
- You can now use the two user name and password to login to the Kenya Supplier Portal.
How to apply for IFMIS tenders
- Get the tender number(this can be done online from the lists)
- Go to Kenya supplier portal
- Select “outsourcing”
- Go to open negotiation
- Select a number from the drop-down menu
- Enter the reference number of the of advertised tender
- Click Go
