Using a USSD Code
- Dial the USSD code *522#
- Enter your M-Benki PIN and proceed
- Go to MyKash which is the second option on the main M-Benki menu
- Select M-Pesa from the MyKash menu list
- The M_Pesa menu will require you to select whether to send the money to your phone or another number
- Select the option you want
- Enter the amount of money you want to withdraw the minimum amount is Ksh 50 while the maximum amount is Ksh 70,000
- A confirmation prompt will appear on your screen to ascertain whether you want to proceed

Using the KCB Mobile Banking App
- Download the KCB mobile app from your respective app store
- Open your KCB mobile app on your phone
- Select send money option
- Input the M-Pesa number you wish to send money to
- Input the amount and send
- You will receive a confirmation SMS once the transaction is done
