- Go to your SIM kit tool
- Select M-Pesa option
- On the M-Pesa menu, you will get many options
- Select My Account
- Select update my customer menu
- Input your M-Pesa pin
Wait for your phone to update. Do not switch off your phone. Always ensure your phone is well charged before you start the update process.
Call customer care
- On your dial pad enter 100
- Call
- Follow the voice prompts
- You can opt to speak to a customer agent by following the instructions
- The agent will take your private details (ID number to verify ownership) and guide you through the update process
