Redeem Bonga points using USSD
- Key in *126#
- Dial or press Okay
- A menu will pop up
- Select option 3 redeem Bonga points
- You will get another menu that has seven options
- FREE Airtime
- Free minutes
- Free SMS
- Free Internet
- Free Phone Tablets and Accessories
- Kenya Airways Tickets
- Free MMS
- Key in your preferred choice
- Select the amount of Bonga points you want to redeem corresponding to the award you want. (Ensure you have the requisite points)
- Confirm the request by pressing okay.
- Wait for a message from Safaricom
If you have sufficient Bonga points, you will get a message confirming the number of Bonga points redeemed and the corresponding award from Safaricom
For example
- You can select 2. For Airtime.
- From the options select to redeem 10 points (which is the minimum in exchange for 3 minutes)
- Press okay
- And get an SMS confirming your Bonga points balance the award.
Mpesa Bonga points are earned with each transaction you make with your phone.
