If you want to know your PUK number chances are you unintentionally blocked your line.Dont worry we got you covered.
The first option is simply looking for your SIM template card and check behind it.You will see the PUK digits.
Calling 100
Another simpler option is calling 100 from another Safaricom line and following the step by step instruction by pressing the required digit.
Speaking to Customer Care agent
You can also speak to a customer care agent .However you will be required to give personal details like ID number, phone number last airtime topped up etc.
Using USSD
- Dial *100#
- Select 7 – Get your PUK number
- You will be prompted to enter the mobile number of the line you would like to get the PUK in the empty dialogue box
- Then send
- Safaricom will send you a message containing your PUK.
Safaricom Self care
You can opt to go to Safaricom official website and click on self-care tab on the dash board. You can also chat online and give the customer care agent your details to send your PUK number.
