Use either of the following methods to access your full M-Pesa statement.
Using USSD to get your M-Pesa statement
The basic and easy method for Safaricom customers to receive their M-Pesa statements.
- Dial *234#
- Choose ‘My M-Pesa Information’
- Enter the number 2 in the dialogue box
- Press ‘Send’
- Select ‘M-Pesa statement’ you can opt to get Mini statement or Full statement
- Type the number 1 in the empty field
- Press ‘Send’
- Select ‘Full Statement’
- Key in your ID or passport number.
- Enter your correct email address

How to get M-Pesa statement online
One can also access their M-Pesa statement via the following steps.
- Log into your email account
- Scroll your inbox for Safaricom email. If your email is jammed with messages search with the keywords M-Pesa Statement. This should yield quick results.
- Click on the mail containing your M-Pesa statement.
- Bear in mind the email sent to you will be password protected.
- Download the statement (you can select your preferred format)
- Wait for the download to complete.
- Open the folder
- You will be required to enter a password to open the statement.
- Enter your password. This should open your document.
Use mySafaricomApp to get your M-Pesa statement
With a smartphone, you can use the mySafaricomApp in few steps.
- Download and register on mySafaricomApp
- Launch the app
- Click on M-PESA Statement
- Choose 3, 6, and 12 months for the period of the statement
- You’ll receive the statement on your email
In case you forgot your passcode try using your ID or Passport number you registered with. The document will automatically open after inputting the correct number. The outlined steps will help you get your M-Pesa statement.
