Fuliza na M-Pesa is a service introduced by Safaricom. The service allows M-Pesa subscribers to finish their M-Pesa transactions when they have fewer funds in their accounts. For instance, if you buy an item and you have insufficient funds in your M-Pesa, Safaricom will cater for the difference. Later the company will deduct their amount including the facility fee or interest.
Who qualifies for Fuliza M-Pesa?
Any Safaricom subscriber with an active Safaricom line is eligible to use Fuliza. You also need to be an M-Pesa registered customer.
How to register to Fuliza
- Dial *234# and select Fuliza
- Accept the terms and conditions then register.
- You can also register through mysafaricom app.
How to Fuliza
Before you Fuliza M-Pesa, you first need to check your M-Pesa limit. Still, your line has to have been active over the last six months.
- Dial *234#
- Choose Fuliza M-Pesa (Option 0)
- Select Option 1 (my Fuliza limit)
- M-Pesa will immediately send you a Fuliza Limit via SMS
How to Fuliza M-Pesa
Once you are done with confirming your loan limit, you can proceed by;
- Dial *234#
- Select option 0
- Select opt-in and you all good to go
- Perform a normal transaction on your M-Pesa account
One thing you should know is that you cannot withdraw Fuliza. The turnaround is sending the money to an alternative Safaricom number. Or you can send it to your friend’s number. Then ask them to withdraw for you.

Repaying Fuliza
Now that you know how to Fuliza M-Pesa, now comes the crucifying part. To repay Fuliza, top up your M-Pesa account. The amount will be deducted until you clear the loan. The loan must be paid within 30 days.
