  • You can then access the CRB official website or application like the Transunion nipashe app or Metropol app depending on where you signed up.
  • Fill a credit listing request
  • You will be required to fill in your personal details including your name, ID number, phone number, and email address.
  • Submit the request
  • You will receive a confirmation of your request reaching the reference bureau
  • You will then get a statement on your credit listing
  • Send your Mpesa message tocert@transunion.co.ke

Other Credit listing companies like Credit Info opt for emails. The procedure is almost similar.
