- Send your 6 months full M-Pesa statements to buy@lipalater.com. You can dial *234# from your Safaricom line and follow the prompts to get your M-Pesa statements. The business people should send 6 months of bank statements in addition to the M-Pesa statements.

- Visit one of their partner stores
- You will be given an application form. Fill it.
- Attach the required documents
- Submit the form.
